Most in-stock pieces are printed to order and ship within 3–5 business days. Custom requests run on their own timeline, agreed on when the quote is confirmed.
Do you ship internationally?
Domestic shipping is available today. International shipping is on the way — check back or reach out and we’ll let you know when it opens up to your region.
Can I customize a product I see in the shop?
Often, yes — color, size, and small design tweaks are usually possible. Send us a custom request with the product and the change you’re picturing.
How do custom requests work?
Tell us what you’re picturing, we quote it by hand since there’s no fixed price for one-of-a-kind pieces, and once the details and price are settled it goes into production. See our custom requests page for the full rundown.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Reach out right away with a photo of the damage and your order number and we’ll make it right — see our Returns & Refunds policy for details.
What materials do you print with?
Primarily PLA and PETG, chosen per piece for durability and finish. If a specific material matters for your use case, ask before ordering.
