Processing time
Most items are made to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for production before your order ships. Custom requests follow their own timeline, agreed on when the quote is confirmed.
Shipping methods & rates
Orders ship via standard domestic carriers. Exact rates and estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout based on your address and the size of your order.
International shipping
International shipping isn't available yet. If you're outside the current shipping area, reach out and we'll let you know when it opens up.
Lost or delayed packages
Once a package leaves our hands, delivery timing is up to the carrier. If tracking shows something unusual — a long delay, a lost scan — contact us and we'll help sort it out.
